Migration Procedures The Enterprise Physical Access Control Systems (ePACS) personnel are critical to the operations and maintenance of ePACS. An Agency Segment Administrator (ASA) is the agency point of contact and liaison between the ePACS program Management Office (PMO) and the segment's Facility Administrators and end users The Figures below reflects the ePACS designated role holders.
